I have quite a bit to say in this blog, but I’ll try and cut it down so that people will actually read it. Over the past week, unlike the one before it, I have been doing many things including camping and watching excessive amounts of Films. I think I’m going to write an article on 5 Recommended Movies soon, but no promises! See Article.
I was supposed to be off to Spain on Easter Sunday, but unfortunately a family member had a heart attack following previous illness and is now in a coma. We, of course, wish to give her all the support she deserves and so have had to cancel our holiday plans. Complicatedly, she is in a hospital in her home country, Bangladesh, which is 9 hours plane-ride away. And that isn’t the only problem; even though I am half-bengali, I am not a citizen and still need a visa to get in. Normal visa’s would take weeks to come through, so we’re having to get an emergency visa when we get into the country. Hopefully everything will go as smoothly as possible.
The Spanish trip was part of my birthday present, but I think family is much more important. And talking of birthdays, on the 18th April 2011, this website turned 2 years old! I’m really sad it wasn’t celebrated, but I was away camping at the time. So
Over the past 2-3 days, I watched the Harry Potter 7 pt1 film twice and read the end of the book. If you haven’t done that yet, I absolutely say you should. They are fantastic books and the photography in the film is breath-taking. I can’t wait for the second part.
I went camping on Monday and Tuesday and thankfully completed by ‘Duke of Edinburgh’s Expedition’. I now have to complete my Physical activity and I can earn my Bronze. The trip was fun all in all, but I don’t feel like going into details.
So hey, sorry this has been so random. I just want to let you know I’m away from Tuesday (26th) to the next so cannot answer applications during that time period, but feel free to submit any for when I get back.
