Firstly, I’m going urge everyone of you (YES YOU!!) to go and vote in the Demented Year Awards as since there was such a good turn out of competitors, I want to give them as many votes as possible. The polls close on January the 1st and so far a lead has been taken by one site. But you’ll have to visit the page to find out who. Please please please, go and vote, make me and the contestants smile.
Okay, now that’s done with. I’m going to tell you of some exciting new updates to my offline life. Yesterday was a
It’s snowing! Another exciting addition to this Christmas period. It all feels so nice and Christmasy now. I love it when it snows. Unfortunately the forecast said it won’t snow on Christmas Day, but hopefully it’s either wrong or the snow now will stay settled until then. I find it ironic that the nation said they were ready for another batch of snow, and then 3 airports have closed down and trains have been cancelled. We could have got stuck in London the other day as they cancelled 2 trains and put all the passengers on another 1 train. We properly had to dash against the whistle to get on, then it was packed! I mean packed.
Though it’s Christmas time, and I feel very jolly, it is really cold and the snow/ice is incredibly slippy, so I hope each of you have some gripping boots and wooly jumpers to keep warm and safe. And I give thought to those people who haven’t got central heating or even a home to go to and hope that they should get through this christmas safely and as happily as possible.
