A Time For Change

I’m finally very glad to say that the school year is over and the friendship troubles are hidden for now. But, for me, the last term has been so difficult and stressful. I doubt when I get back after this beautiful 9 week holiday it will have improved. But one can only hope.

Anyhow, as you will have noticed, I have put up a new layout and changed things around a bit. Juggling the website with school has been too challenging, so in preparation for returning, I have cut down on content in order to make it manageable. The main focus of Demented Squirrel now is as a personal blog which I will thoroughly enjoy writing in and also to showcase my photography, video and music work. I have left some content up because I couldn’t bare to rid of it all, but the majority of it is stored in the archives of the website.

As I said the summer holidays have come and I am very grateful for them. It gives me a lot more time to relax, eat, take photos, videos, compose music, write blogs, catch up with some online pals 🙂 etc. The holidays are pleasant times.

I will let you know that I am going away for 2 or so weeks from Sunday the 11th July so I probably won’t be active during those weeks. However, in the second week I am hoping to get internet access to go on twitter, dailybooth and I may even upload videos to YouTube, but that all depends on whether I can get time and access. Visiting those now will also prove a good idea, as I am active on them most of the time.

Finally, I’d like to wish you all a good summer (unless of course it isn’t summer for you, then just have a good season!). Those of you who sent emails concerning advertising and hosting, I will get back to you asap, but please bear with me. Thanks for all your support and nice comments in the past.
